I came home late from work and noticed I had zero hot water !!! Oh boy so I went and check sure enough my 21 year old hot water heater kicked the bucket! I had a great experience with Pat's Plumbing.Julio was great to work with. He came out and quoted me for a main water line repair. It was 4 feet underground, but he found the leak fairly easily and repaired it in a few hours. Their quote for repair was in line with other companies, but Pat's quote for a full replacement was 40% less than most companies. Luckily I just needed a repair, and not a replacement.Julio filled in the large hole and put the grass back as best he could. It looks pretty darn good for how invasive the repair was.I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to repair a main water leak.

Had Jesse, come for a stopped up toilet he did a great job, and since we knew we needed the pipes redone (old house) we got an estimate as we normally do we got a couple after and decided to go with Pats. great experience, Jesse and his partner came in explain everything and got to work, it was a full job and while here they found a leak in the drain which they fixed> Jesse was easy to work with and adaptable when I added things .... they stayed late to make sure we had at least one sink a shower and hot water for the 2nd night. very satisfied with the qualify of the work and the friendliness of the crew, they cleaned up after and We will continue to use them in the future, Thanks Jesse

I've used Pat's Plumbing 3 times over the last 6 years, twice to clean out a badly clogged sewer drain (Roots) and once to replace a leaking water main from the street to the house. Both times Jesse was dispatched to make the repairs and I cant say enough about how friendly and professional he is. Other quotes from companies required them to trench through 60' of my new stamped concrete driveway. Jesse was able save my driveway by having it done with a trenchless machine. Pat's Plumbing has always been reliable, over many years of service, particularly Jesse, who has fixed things several times. The latest was stopping the leak under my kitchen sink, which ruined my floor and some cabinet and walls. I found the leak at midnight, and called PP's 24 hour number; was put into the schedule for an 8:30 a.m. appointment. I needed a new faucet--and Jesse was able to replace it with the same faucet style right away, because he had one in his truck. I also love the senior discount, and the member discount as well. I really hope I don't need to call again for a long time!

Their $50 site visit fee to assess the job was an excellent deal, and will be applied to our bid as soon as we go forward. The guys who came out were totally knowledgeable and gave great advice. I live in a mobile home mounted in the ground. The crawl space under the home is about 3 feet in height. It's very hard to get to the pipes under the floor and can be difficult to find the leaking pipe that's concealed in the water barrier lining. The plumbers were friendly and never gave up trying to find the leaks I had. I have used them a total of 6 times for my mobile home and my son home.
